M&D Construction commenced working in the Energy sector in 2012 whilst working at Kusile Power Station. Since then, the division has worked for major clients in the energy sector, contracting in Fuel tank farm upgrading and the development and the installation of both hydrocarbon and gas pipelines including ring main firefighting installations with pump stations and foam dosing.

The company boasts an ISO 3834-2: 2005 certified pipe fabrication facility capable of fabricating pipe spools and fittings from various materials and using a wide range of welding applications. With the added ability to fabricate pipe support systems, the company can supply its own continuous flow of spools, fittings and supports to meet all project site demands.

Over the past six years the company has attracted the specialised skills and expertise required to effectively price, manage and execute SMP (Structural, Mechanical, Piping) and tank installations to the high safety and quality standards demanded in the energy and petrochemical industries.

The company’s expertise in SMP (Structural, Mechanical, Piping), tank fabrication and civil engineering structures allow M&D Construction to provide a turnkey construction solution to our clients in the Energy sector.
