A Development cluster of divisions is responsible for business development and tendering.

The execution of construction projects is performed by the various Operational divisions, which, are assisted and enabled by the Group’s Support divisions.

This clear structure within the Group, whilst creating an integrated network, allows for better performance management of all divisions.

M&D has embraced the international Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) which it has rebranded as its own M&D Management System (MDOS). Rigorously applied throughout the company, this management system allows for clear strategic planning, continuous monitoring of company, divisional and individual performance, together with the immediate identification of issues requiring urgent management attention.

The Core Values of M&D are at the forefront of all employees’ minds. These are communicated in newsletters, weekly acknowledgements and daily toolbox talks. Living the Core values has increased individual accountability, improved company performance and very importantly, significantly reduced Safety incidents within the company.
